Our local English architect, Peter Maidment, will ensure that you have all the information you need to decide whether it is feasible to fix up your perfect "fixer upper".

If you decide to go ahead & your offer is accepted, the next step is to sign the "Compromis", the purchase contract. At this point you are entering the mysterious realm of the French legal system. You will almost certainly need advice.
